SHIPPING

To keep our costs as low as possible, shipping is added at cost price during the checkout process. We do not ship to international destinations beyond Australia at this stage but will be opening a USA and EU store soon.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

WARRANTY

All Freedom Off-Grid Gear is covered by our 12 Month Guarantee. That means that we have your gear covered in the case of any unexpected malfunction within the first 12 months of reasonable use. 

We will not be able to repair damage caused by typical wear and tear or product misuse. Common examples of wear and tear include scuffs/scratches, abrasions, discoloration, or minor denting.

Please follow all instructions in order to protect your Freedom OG gear and extend its life.
