To keep our costs as low as possible, shipping is added at cost price during the checkout process. We do not ship to international destinations beyond Australia at this stage but will be opening a USA and EU store soon.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

All Freedom Off-Grid Gear is covered by our 12 Month Guarantee. That means that we have your gear covered in the case of any unexpected malfunction within the first 12 months of reasonable use. The Freedom NRG: LiPo4 Power Station is covered by an extended 5 Year Guarantee.

We will not be able to repair damage caused by typical wear and tear or product misuse. Common examples of wear and tear include scuffs/scratches, abrasions, discoloration, or minor denting.

Please follow all instructions in order to protect your Freedom OG gear and extend its life.

We accept returns on unused products. Unused products can be returned for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. To start a return, email us at support@freedomoffgridgear.com

If your return is approved for a refund (after inspection & testing) we will pay to your original payment method ASAP.
